VICTORIA PROBERT IS A CREATIVE DIRECTOR & STORYTELLER WHO KNOWS HOW TO
MAKE BRANDS SOUND HUMAN
Creative marketing has changed—So have the needs of CLIENTS & TEAMS.
The industry’s moving fast—and chasing relevance for relevance’s sake is burning people out. It’s also not how culture is shaped, creativity thrives, or brands break through.
As a Creative Director, I cut through chaos with clarity. I read a room fast, spot what people are great at, and make sure they know it. With a writer’s brain at my core, I help teams sharpen brand voice, structure, and storytelling—across teams, platforms, and ideas.
When people feel inspired, supported, and seen—customers do too. And when creative, strategy, production, and account move in harmony, the work gets sharper, the process gets smoother—and yeah, it all becomes super fun to make.
I don’t just pitch big ideas—I build the teams & trust it takes to BRING them TO LIFE.
I’ve worked across just about every kind of team and environment—top agencies, editorial houses, scrappy startups, and brand orgs where approvals pass through five departments and three time zones. I know how to navigate without losing the thread, the team’s momentum, or the core insight that started it all.
Because getting my hands dirty isn’t a flex—it’s how I build the kind of relationships that make the work better. And it’s why I’m on a texting basis with everyone from perfume fragrance developers and broadcast audio engineers to podcast producers, hair stylists, and makeup artists. I’ve teamed up with coders, CGI artists, celebrity ghostwriters, textile manufacturers, ice cream inventors, TikTok managers with three iPhones and zero chill, and interns with questions that meaningfully shape the work.
If the ask is weird, urgent, or wildly specific—I’ve probably handled it. And if not, I know exactly who can. That’s the benefit of showing up, solving problems, and treating people like people—whether they’re execs, creatives, or the ones behind the scenes making it happen. And it’s how smart ideas turn into something even bigger: with the right people, the right energy, and the right kind of leadership.
